1. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of mingpin.io and the professional learning services operated by MING PIN INC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

2. Services and Enrollment

We provide self-paced professional courses, learning resources, assessments, and AI-assisted study tools. Course availability, access periods, deliverables, and any fees are confirmed in the applicable enrollment confirmation, proposal, or invoice. This website does not accept or process payments. Enrollment is arranged directly with our team.

3. AI Features

AI-generated explanations, summaries, study plans, and practice questions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review output before relying on it. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, unlawful, or third-party proprietary information. We may limit or suspend AI use that threatens security, infringes rights, or violates law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not share account credentials, copy or redistribute course materials, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property, use the service unlawfully, or present course completion as an accredited academic credential. Completion records are educational records only; we do not guarantee employment, promotion, certification, or business results.

5. Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds

No payment is collected on this website. If you purchase services through an invoice or written agreement, the stated fees and terms control. Unless that agreement says otherwise, an individual course may be cancelled for a full refund within seven calendar days after payment if access has not been used beyond 20% of the course. Refund requests must be emailed to support@mingpin.io. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days. Custom services and completed services are non-refundable once delivery begins.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its course materials are owned by MING PIN INC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant enrolled users a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access purchased or authorized content during the stated access period.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Educational and AI content is for general learning and is not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MING PIN INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the prior twelve months. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension, Changes, and Law

We may update content, suspend misuse, or discontinue a service with reasonable notice where practical. These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Massachusetts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
